]]> These days, more and more households are keeping their cats inside and most breeds handle that well, especially if they’ve been inside since kittenhood and don’t need adjusting as adults. Still, there are some breeds that do better inside than the others.

Persian/Exotic

Both of them are affectionate and quiet breeds that love everyone, even other pets. The Persian requires a bit more grooming due to its long hair.

Burmese

Burmese cats are everything in moderation. They are playful but not too much, affectionate but not clingy. Just perfect.

British Shorthair

This is a breed of calm cats that doesn’t mind spending some time on her own during the day.

Ragdoll

In a way, ragdolls are similar to dogs. They will follow you around the house and are pretty friendly.
