Asking the locals how to get here, we finally came to Kurosawa Plateau, Nagano Prefecture, Japan. The beautiful mountain behind Daikichi and Fukuchan is Mt. Kashima-Yarigatake, 2,889m (9,478ft) high. We visited "Village of Picture Books ( ehonmura)" in Yamanashi Prefecute, Japan. We climbed up to the top of Mt. Takagari in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture . Omachi is affectionately known as “The Number One Town of the Northern Japan Alps,” referring to the City of Mountains.  This mountaintop is authorized as one of "the best 100 sunset points in Nagano" as you can see the view in this video. The first half of the movie shows the riverbank of Kumano River close to Kumano Hongu Shrine in Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. Fuku-chan is taking a stroll along Hashigui-Rocks in Yoshino-Kumano National Park, Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. "Hashi" means "Bridge", and "Gui" means "Pillar" in Japanese. The rocks line up straight toward Oshima Island for 850m, just like rock pillars of a bridge. What a picturesque azure sky The weather favored our weekend travel in Gunma Prefecture, Japan This is the windmill at "Green Flower Ranch" in Maebashi City. What a picturesque azure sky The weather favored our weekend travel in Gunma Prefecture, Japan This is the windmill at "Green Flower Ranch" in Maebashi City.
