]]>“I used to be a flight attendant, but I missed home and wanted to work with animals,” Raphael told Bored Panda. “So I opened the day care in 2016 and immediately started taking group pictures of all the dogs. Now it’s my thing!”
She originally started taking pictures so that the dog’s owners could see what their dogs did all day. She soon started having more fun with the photos – during the holidays she comes up with themes for the photos.
You may wonder how she is able to get the puppies to pose so picture perfectly.
“There are no treats or toys involved â they’re all just the best dogs,” she said. “Donât get me wrong though â it does take a few attempts. Especially when they’re wearing something!”
When Raphael isn’t taking pictures of her furry friends, Raphael added that when she is not busy taking the photos with her four-legged friends, they spend their morning exploring the woods.

]]>The photographer decided to use her skills and love for dogs to help dog shelters get better photos of dogs with the hope theyâll get adopted faster.
âI take the time to get to know each shelter dog I photograph. They get to have a sniff of the camera (and me!) and I have plenty of treats on hand in case a little motivation is needed. Itâs as much about creating a positive experience as it is getting a good photo. Giving them the opportunity to stretch their legs and experience something a little bit different is a great form of enrichment for a dog that would otherwise be sitting in a kennel or run,â the photographer shared on Bored Panda.
The amazing thing is that with Baughanâs help, these beautiful dogs found their owners mush easier. Take a look at some of the photos.

So what gets a lab moving better than a treat?! I started throwing and hit my camera button at the same time ⊠just to find out the right settings for a âmotion freezing setup.â Days later â when I cleaned my hard drives â I recognized how funny some results turned outâ, Vieler told.
