]]> Internet users have been recently amazed by a video showing a golden doodle knocking on the neighbor’s door in order to play with their dogs.

 The clip, shared by @thai.and.nicole, shows a golden doodle named Pita arriving in front of the door. Using her paw, Pita knocks on the door while also announcing her presence with a bark. Soon enough, the homeowner opens the door, and the dog cheerfully walks inside.

As explained in a viral video shared on TikTok, Lexi recently moved down the street from her parents’ house. It didn’t take long for their dog Stan to figure that out, and he is now coming over all the time to get “lots of playtime, treats, snuggles, and car rides.” 

The clip, which received 2.4 million views in just several days, features Stan arriving at Lexi’s door at various times of the day. It also shows how much fun he is having during his visits.

In the clip posted on Shari’s TikTok, she explains that she wanted to refinish the staircase inside her house. However, this was quite an emotional undertaking, considering that her beloved golden retriever Max, who passed away last January, loved spending his days sleeping on them. There was one particular stair that was Max’s favorite and had a big imprint of his body.

Shari ended up refinishing the stairs but made sure not to touch Max’s favorite stair, keeping it as a reminder of him. She also added a little plaque in his honor.

“I refinished my stairs… I painted the steps black. But there was one step I could NOT paint over,” Shari shared in the caption of the video, which got close to 15 million views.

The latter case turns out to be more common than we realize and is best seen in a viral Twitter thread by Barcelona-based user Joaquim Campa.

Campa recently decided to start a series of posts on social media in which he finds showcases adorable dogs from around the world that could serve as doppelgangers for various celebrities. The thread quickly became popular, and rightfully so as the resemblance between celebs and doggos is incredible.

Just take a look at these two adorable canines that look just like Richard Gere and John Travolta. You would probably think the same even without the title helping you recognize the link.

Other Twitter users also joined in the fun and shared more photos of dogs looking like celebs. This includes a pup that unbelievably resembles Star Trek star Patrick Stewart.
