A miniature Australian shepherd named Reese spent almost his whole life in an apartment. But recently, Reese’s humans bought a new house that came with a backyard. And you can bet Resse was overjoyed with the newfound freedom.
In a viral video shared on TikTok by @reesetheminiaussie, Reese can be seen arriving at a new home with his owners. After exploring the house a bit, the pupper takes a look through the glass door and notices a big green backyard.
Once his owner opens the door, Reese doesn’t waste any time. He starts jumping and running around, unable to contain his excitement.
“It’s yours. It told you I will get you your own yard,” Reese’s owner can be seen telling the dog at one point.
The video of Reese’s introduction to his own yard quickly went viral, receiving more than eight million views in less than a week. It also got 7.9K comments from TikTok users who enjoyed everything about it.
“He ran in there like a kid running to pick their room,” one TikToker wrote in the comments section.
“This is in fact the most wholesome video I have seen today, and possibly ever,” another added.
