TikTok user Elena Bianco recently shared a viral video on social media that shows how her cat Cedar provides some unexpected services besides purrs and cuddles.
In a clip, which received almost a million views, shows Cedar resting on top of a work desk when he’s approached by Bianco.
“Hi ma’am, I need to get this notarized,” Bianco says while holding an envelope in her hand.
Cedar immediately knows what she needs to do, biting into the end of the letter and leaving a teeth mark to serve as a notary’s seal and proof that the envelope and its contents have been authenticated.
Bianca then thanks the cat, who simply goes on about her day, waiting for the next document to come.
“She’s actually a government official,” Bianco wrote in the caption of the video.
The TikTok users found the clip quite amusing, with some users praising the cat’s efficiency in the comments and others inquiring whether they could use Cedar’s services as well.
“Does she take appointments or is it walk-in?” one TikToker wrote in the comments sections.
“I need three pieces notarized, to whom do I send it to?” another added.
