All of that imagination inside those little tiny minds, we’re bound to make some of the weirdest and most amazing creations even when earned with nothing but a couple of crayons and pieces of paper. But, of course, we can’t exactly hold these creations of ours. The most that can happen to them is they’ll be hung up on our walls or fridges for a couple of days and weeks before they’re taken down and replaced with another one, until, eventually, you forget to make these drawings altogether.
It’s a very sad and real transition that every kid goes to.
But, what if we could turn those colorful creations into something real and concrete? Like, for example, a real-life plush toy that a child can hold and sleep with?
That’s the idea that Alex Furmansky has when he founded Budsie kids’ toys back in 2013. After seeing his younger sister’s scary monster drawings and how she took care of her plush animals, he decided to try and turn his little sister’s drawings into a real-life animal friend, and what do you know? It actually worked.
From the very first Budsie, a dog-like creature named Dongler, Budsies has turned kids’ drawings into a reality.
