Sergi Basoli is an adventurer who never thought he would get a four-legged companion. However, one day while he was exploring the Italian island called Sardinia, he saw a dog roaming the beach. Basoli assumed the dog was abandoned and not being treated well so he took her to the vet. That is how Nirvana found her forever home.
“She made the adventure even more
amazing. She was quick to learn everything. She would start swimming. She would
jump on the rocks. We had to communicate. Because she’s so well behaved, with her
I can go mostly everywhere,” Basoli shared on The Dodo.
They have started traveling
together, kayaking, exploring new places, and their bond got stronger with each
day.
“With Nirvana every day was
amazing. To pass traveling alone, to have somebody to share moments with…The bond
that created in between us…That was really special,” he added.
