TikTok user @thevillagedogwalker recently shared a cool video in which he introduced a friendly dog named Maxwell to social media users.
According to the TikToker, they walk Maxwell every day, and each time the puppy goes out, he finds a new human in which lap he takes a rest. The video then goes on to show Maxwell sitting in the laps of various strangers, enjoying his time out and being in the company of new friends who are giving him a lot of pets.
“maxwell loves strangers,” @thevillagedogwalker wrote in the caption of the video that got more than 400K views on social media.
Other TikTokers were absolutely charmed by Maxwell and said in the comments section that they would like to meet him. Some social media users even came up with theories about how the dog’s company is benefiting to strangers he approaches.
“What if it turns out he finds the person who needs him the most and sits with them,” one user wrote in the comments section.
“I wonder how many people were going through something, and Maxwell genuinely made them feel better,” another person added.
If you ask us, Maxwell can really sense when someone needs cheering up and goes to them to provide it. Nothing else would make sense.
