Cats, especially elderly ones, love to snooze. Sometimes, they sleep so soundly that they end up giving their humans quite a scare. That is exactly what happened to the owner of a tabby cat named Fibi.
In a viral video shared on TikTok, Fibi’s owner shared how her beloved feline almost gave her a heart attack with her deep sleep.
The TikToker found Fibi sleeping in her crib in quite an unusual position. She initially thought it was cute and tried to wake her up slowly in order to get a “nice video.”
To her surprise, Fibi was slow to wake up, so she tried to nudge her a bit harder. After that didn’t work out and the cat showed no reaction, the TikToker was certain she had lost Fibi.
Fortunately, it turned out that Fibi just didn’t want to have her sleep interrupted. She woke up soon after and calmly walked out of her crib.
“Almost had a heart attack,” Fibi’s owner admitted in the video.
“This is not for the weak,” they added in the caption of the clip that received more than 4.5 million views since being posted in late June. Check it out below.
