North Atlanta High School in Atlanta, Georgia, recently welcomed an unexpected guest. A hawk built a nest on the 8th floor of the school building and has been captivating the attention of students and staff ever since.
TikTok user Kimberly Clark, who works as a teacher at North Atlanta High School, has been documenting the hawk’s story on her profile since the bird’s arrival in March. In one of the videos, she revealed that the hawk is named Trina and that she has three eggs laying under her.
Another video shows a dad hawk named Trick Daddy coming to give his soulmate relief and take care of the eggs.
In mid-April, the baby hawks finally hatched and brought even more joy to the North Atlanta High School collective. The hawk parents, on the other hand, have been taking good care of their kids and were bringing them plenty of food to make them stronger.
Unfortunately, one baby hawk seemed to have disappeared, but the two remaining have been progressing quite well and are on their way to becoming big and strong birds. North Atlanta High School staff and students know they will soon leave their nest, but hope the birds will remember the place where they were born and occasionally come back to visit it.
