We’ve seen many artists turn to the fascinating world of insects when looking for inspiration. The Home Sweet Brooch founder is one of them, and she’s creating wearable embroidery art that pays homage to insects, including earrings, brooches, and more.
This talented Russian embroidery artist has been stitching things together for quite some time before deciding to do it full-time. After mastering her embroidery skills, she decided to start making wearable jewelry pieces and kept going after realizing how much joy they brought to everyone who wore them.
“This time is one of the happiest periods in my life because I feel that the result of my art brings people from all over the world pleasure and wonderful emotions,” she wrote on her Etsy page.
Home Sweet Brooch founder enjoys working with many different materials, from cotton and silk threads to beads, pearls, and sequins. She keeps things just as versatile when it comes to the themes she explores through her art, but nature is definitely her biggest source of inspiration.
Many of her earrings and brooches take the shape of insects, and she’ll make you see these creatures with new eyes. Butterfly wing earrings are one of her signature products, but she’s also a huge fan of moths and enjoys celebrating them through her wearable art.
