Maddie is an adorable, mixed-breed doggo with a hilarious personality. But although she’s so playful and happy, the other dogs don’t want to play with her. Perhaps it’s because she’s truly one of a kind.
When mom and dad decided to adopt a dog, they encountered Maddie, who was the last of her litter. There they found out that she was born with a brain stem injury.

“She has a little bit of vision impairment, and it seems like other dogs know she might be special,” Abigail said in an interview for The Dodo. “She likes to run after other dogs playing with each other. So, she thinks she’s involved when really, they are not really including her.”
Maddie adores going to the dog park where she gets super hyped, as opposed to at home where she likes to chill in her cozy bed. She even tried to bribe other dogs to play with her by having a ball.
“They are a little apprehensive to play with her, but she really couldn’t care less. It is so cute because she is absolutely so happy,“ the mom added.
