You might recall that two years ago, the internet went crazy about a Canadian Ragdoll cat named Merlin, whose face is always angry. Now it’s time to meet yet another Merlin, but this cute ball of fur is the loveliest cat you’ll ever see. With his dark gray fur and adorable milky eyes, Merlin became an Internet sensation and he will make your heart melt, too.
Two years ago, Nathanial and Elliot Green went to Lynchburg Humane Society with the intention to adopt a Siamese kitten. The problem was, they were all already adopted. This is when the Greens met Merlin – a rare Munchkin and Persian mix kitten, who was mostly blind and recovering from a head cold.
“When I was first told that he was blind, I was a bit worried. As a full-time student also working two jobs, I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to provide Merlin with the attention he needed. As soon as I got to hold him, I think it was pretty obvious that he was perfect”, shared Elliot.
It was love at first sight and the Greens couldn’t be more grateful for finding Merlin.
“He’s an affectionate cat that loves being acknowledged and held. He’s never destructive or petty, either.”
