Internet users were thrilled to learn that cats can be nosey as well, thanks to a recent viral video shared on TikTok.
In the clip, a ginger cat named Sunny can be seen standing in front of the door and curiously watching neighborhood drama unfold. There are cops outside, and a lot of shouting can be heard, but the feline doesn’t move a muscle, wanting to see what happens next.
“POV: not trying to be nosey but the neighbors got drama,” Sunny’s owner wrote in the text posted across of the video that was viewed two million times since being shared in early May.
Sunny’s owner later gave more details about the event. As it turned out, they believed someone broke into their neighbor’s house and called the police. But once the cops arrived, there was no one inside. They added that Sunny “enjoyed the drama none the less.”
Now, people usually don’t like people who are nosey. However, it turns out that this doesn’t apply to cats.
“The cat was so interested tbh I would be to,” one person wrote in the comments section.
“Cat: ‘This is like a REAL episode of Cops! I’m tuned in’,” another added.
