]]>Every day, Prohor TV equips a remote-controlled car with a plate of animal food and then takes it outside. The car patrols the streets of his home city of Aktau, Kazakhstan, looking for hungry animals. And he doesn’t stop there.
Knowing that many stray dogs and cats like to hang around in abandoned buildings, tunnels, and other remote places, Prohor TV also takes the food RC car there to surprise them with a hearty meal.
Prohor TV’s daily feeding endeavors are documented via a camera attached to the car, which records the encounters with stray animals and their reactions when they discover the food. The footage is later uploaded to his Instagram page, which has more than 700K followers.
Aside from enjoying these cool videos, Instagram users can also contribute to the cause by making donations for the food. In return, they get their username advertised on the car.

]]>Niall Harbison spent hours cooking and preparing the meal, which included a variety of meats, vegetables, and other tasty treats.
The dogs were thrilled to be included in the celebration, and they eagerly gobbled up the food that was provided for them. It was a heartwarming sight to see the man sharing his Christmas cheer with these animals, who are often overlooked and neglected.
He’s on a mission to save the stray dogs of Thailand’s forests, and the ones he’s already saved were in for a treat. “I was up at 4.30am to cook them the finest meal of their lives and people have been sending me toys from all over the world so I saved them up for today. Most of these dogs have never seen a toy in their lives,” he says in a post on Instagram.
His selfless act is a true testament to the spirit of Christmas, and it is a reminder that we can all make a difference in the lives of those around us, whether they be human or animal. It is through acts of kindness like this that we can bring joy and happiness to others, and make the world a better place for all.

]]>Jack’s wife Emily woke up one morning to feed her newborn baby girl. When she got down to the first floor, she noticed a stray puppy in her home. She woke up Jack, who checked the entire house for more intruders, only to find out there is no way the dog could enter the house.
In order to solve the mystery, Jack watched the security footage and ended up getting to the bottom of the story. It turned out that their front door wasn’t shut all the way, and the wind blew them open in the middle of the night. The stray dog used the opportunity and sneaked in.
Shortly after, Jokinen’s neighbor was passing by and noticed that the door was opened. He tried to call and get their attention before deciding to shut the door.
While most people would just kick off the intruder on the street, Jokinens decided to give this story a happy ending. They adopted the stray puppy, who they named Suzy, and welcomed her to their family.

]]>The Netherlands allows its residents to spay and neuter their dogs for free. The country’s “adopt, don’t shop” mentality is further supported with very high taxes on bought puppies which pushes people to adopt from one of 200 dog shelters.
Their Animal Control works like a charm. Anyone who spots a stray dog can call them and they will rescue the animal and take care of it until it’s adopted. Animal abusers and everyone who engages in cruelty is given serious penalties and can end up in prison.
Combine all this and you get a pretty straightforward recipe for having a country free of stray dogs.

]]>Being an avid animal lover himself, Zoltan decided to use his time there and explore the life of Cape Verde’s stray dogs through the lens of his camera. This developed into his small passion project and he ended up bringing back some amazing photos.
“All the dogs were so friendly and so calm. Some of
them were very playful, some of them were a little sad.” – wrote Zoltan on
Facebook. “Some of them even had collars on, so I assumed they had owners,
but they were still hanging around with the others on the streets or on the
beach.
I think locals see them as part of everyday life, they even feed them sometimes
and they also got fed by the tourists.”
