When Daniel Suttie and a few of his friends were returning from a fishing expedition off the coast of Queensland, Australia, they spotted a little wallaby stranded far from shore and struggling to stay afloat.
Suttie and his buddies rushed in to rescue the wallaby from the predator-filled waters. After pulling the boat up close enough to reach, Suttie gripped the wallaby’s arms to bring him back to safety. During the course of their journey back to dry land, Suttie decided to give the little animal a good talking in a classic Aussie style of course.
Well, we don’t know if Suttie’s message about the dangers of swimming in the sea was understood by the adorable creature, but we’re glad it got a happy ending.
