Barley is a cute 1.5-year-old Golden Retriever who lives in Amsterdam with his owners Zita Butler and Marc Wisselo. But there’s one more important family member who lives with them – Barley’s favorite stuffed toy and his best friend, Fluffy.
Zita and Marc bought this stuffed golden retriever a week before Barley came to live with them. “We thought it would be fun for Barley to have a little friend … He’s totally besotted with his mini-me”, the couple told The Dodo.
Barley is now inseparable from his favorite toy and he brings it everywhere he goes. Fluffy even traveled with the family to Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany.
“They go for walks together, they chill together, they sleep next to each other. They even pee together.”
Barley has destroyed many other stuffed animals, but he takes good care of his buddy Fluffy. This adorable duo has garnered more than 100 thousand fans on Instagram, thanks to their heart-warming friendship.
