This Shiba Inu Dog Loves Posing Among Flowers

The Shiba Inu is the smallest of Japan’s six native breeds. This dog breed is known for his spirited personality, small upright ears, and cat-like agility. Shibas are also the top companion dog in Japan, according to the American Kennel Club.

Hachi is a Shiba Inu owned by Japanese photographer Masayo Ishizuki, aka Issy Rider. The photographer told Bored Panda that he loves taking pictures of Hachi posing with flowers because “he looks really sharp in flowers and is ridiculously cute.”

The photos of Hachi were taken at Hitachi Seaside Park, a garden with a wide variety of colorful flowers and grass that blooms throughout the seasons. This public park houses an estimated 4.5 million nemophila plants, which make the whole garden as blue as the sky. Other flowers at the park include: sunflowers, tulips, narcissi, poppies, and kochia.
