TikTok users have been recently obsessing with a Dachshund named Winnie, who followed all the necessary safety precautions during the construction works at her owners’ house. A viral video shared on social media shows Winnie sporting a hard hat, strapped on her tiny head, and looking ready to jump in and help her humans if needed.
The clip received 11.3 million views and more than 10K comments. TikTokers were amazed by how cute Winnie looked in her safety gear and made sure to share it.
“That was an alarming amount of cuteness with no warning,” @tinafriml commented.
“How many times did I watch this? Yes,” @trin.savoy added.
Winnie also caught the attention of home improvement retailer Lowe’s. The company’s official TikTok profile joined the praises and applauded the dog for keeping herself safe.
“Great job Winnie!” Lowe’s social media team wrote in the comments section.
Winnie’s owners later also shared a follow-up video in which they addressed some concerns that the safety gear might violate OSHA rules because she doesn’t have goggles.
