]]>The four-year-old fluffball is a mixture of a Pomeranian and a Siberian Husky. But despite carrying the husky gene in her blood, she doesn’t like being in the snow. Yuki would rather have a nice, relaxing swim. According to her mom Angel, the dog came into their life after her first human parents were unable to care for her.
Being Japanese, Angel wanted to bring a piece of her childhood and decided to name her new family member Yuki, which means happiness and snow in Japanese.
“I got Evie and Yuki during my last years of school, and brought them to campus quite often, so they are actually college grads,” their mom jokes and adds that after falling in love with San Francisco, the little family decided to start their new life in California.
Currently, Yuki has over 55,000 Instagram followers. Scroll down and check out her beautiful face below.

]]>Norbert, a 3-lb registered therapy dog, is the kind of stuff cuteness is made of. “My life’s purpose is to make others smile,” reads his bio. “I once thought I couldn’t do anything important because I’m so little, but I’ve learned you don’t have to be big to make a BIG difference in the world.”
With almost 900k fans on Instagram alone, he’s clearly making a mark. But being an Instagram celebrity comes with some responsibility. And so, the project Norberthood For Good came to be. “Everyone who helps me spread smiles is part of the Norberthood!” reads his website.
A registered therapy animal, Norbert and his mother/owner, Julie Steines (Freyermuth) have volunteered at nursing homes, hospitals, special events, and schools over the past eight years. “My mission as a therapy dog is simple: to spread smiles, inspire kindness, and bring comfort to those in need,” reads the pup’s website. “In addition to my time, I have donated thousands of dollars and Norbert products to charitable causes. Philanthropy is the foundation of the Norberthood.”
That’s the kind of comfort—and cuteness—we strive for!

]]>Polchleb, who has his two dachshunds Billie and Ollie “working” with him, was curious how many people are doing the same so he created Instagram account Dogs Working From Home. He posted a photo of Billie and Ollie “helping him out” and then asked other social media users to share the photos of their furry “assistants.”
The response was overwhelming, as it turned out that there are numerous pups with a hard-working attitude out there. In less than a week, Polchleb’s newly created account received hundreds of submissions and now has over 75K followers.
According to Polchleb, his only rule when it comes about choosing which photo to post is that the dog is actually “working from home.”
“We’ve had people submitting dogs at cafes, which is a big ‘no-no’ from me. We want to see those doggos at home with their families where everyone should be staying for now,” he told My Modern Met in a recent chat.

]]>Finn is a Spaniel who probably has the coolest hair in the whole dog world. And not only that; his hair is so awesome that he could easily shame most of the human rock stars on the scene. He would only need a guitar and a mic and believe us; he would sell millions of records. But until then, the doggo will probably be ok with being a social media star.
Everything started back in 2016 when UK-native Rebecca Munday responded to an ad that looked for someone to adopt a cute little puppy. Rebecca took the puppy in and was immediately impressed with the dog’s unique-looking hair. Shortly after, she decided to create an Instagram account for him.
It didn’t take long for Finn to amass a huge following and gain fans all over the world. He now has 14K followers who can’t get enough of his slick photos and rocking hairstyle.
“A lot of people instantly want to touch his hair! We also get comments like ‘he’s a rock star, people pay good money to get hair like that,'” says Rebecca.

]]>Being an avid animal lover himself, Zoltan decided to use his time there and explore the life of Cape Verde’s stray dogs through the lens of his camera. This developed into his small passion project and he ended up bringing back some amazing photos.
“All the dogs were so friendly and so calm. Some of
them were very playful, some of them were a little sad.” – wrote Zoltan on
Facebook. “Some of them even had collars on, so I assumed they had owners,
but they were still hanging around with the others on the streets or on the
beach.
I think locals see them as part of everyday life, they even feed them sometimes
and they also got fed by the tourists.”
