Other TikTok users found the video quite funny, being amused by Thin Mint’s reaction.

The cat’s owner later shared a follow-up video showing that she decided to take up the first suggestion.

The video above shows just how valuable cats can be to farm owners. First of all, they protect the farm from rodents, preventing damage and the spread of illnesses by exterminating them. ]]>Scottish folds experienced quite a boom online in recent years thanks to their owl-like appearance, but there’s something that separates Seamus from other similar kittens. He’s a long-haired Scottish fold, best known for his lush black fur and fluffy grinch feet.
Seamus was approximately eight months old when he was rescued in Kuwait, and he was later taken to the United States, where he’s now living his best life.
“He now spends his days in sunny South Florida and spends most of his days napping, playing, eating, watching birds, and being cute… He doesn’t usually like to cuddle but does prefer to be in the same room with his humans,” reads Seamus’ official website.
Seamus isn’t the only adorable pet in his household. His owners adopted two more rescues – Pete, who has only three legs, and Opie, who is blind. They sometimes appear in videos on his Instagram page @seamus_the_scottish_fold, which attracted over 315,000 followers.

“Everything you’ve heard about cats not liking water does not apply to Pym. Pym wouldn’t even test the water. She just goes right in,” her mom Katie shares in an interview for The Dodo.
Cats are naturally curious creatures and love to explore new places and things. A shower, with its different sights, sounds, and smells, might be a thrilling and exciting experience for a cat.
“Then I started noticing that that was definitely something that she was purposely looking to do. When I’m gone for a day or two, I wonder if she’s waiting in the shower for me,” she adds.
Katie bought a kiddie pool and an outdoor shower for Pym to try, but the feline wasn’t interested. It seems she enjoys only showering inside with her mom.
“It is definitely our special thing,” she explained.

]]>The study was based on surveys of 1,154 cat owners from around the world. It doesn’t represent a perfect sample because all pet owners had felines that previously displayed willingness to play the game of fetch. However, it shows that if encouraged and trained, cats can do it without much fuss.
As a matter of fact, more than 90% of cats that were examined actually didn’t receive any fetch training. Instead, they started engaging in the activity on their own.
“It was more common than people were probably expecting, and even I was expecting,” animal psychologist Jemma Forman, the lead researcher in the study, explained.
Furthermore, the study found that the cats first started displaying their ability to fetch within the first year of their life. Also, the breed that appears to like fetching the most is Siamese cats.
Forman also notes that cats might not be motivated to play fetch for the same reasons as dogs. While dogs view it as a way to bond with their owner, cats could just be fascinated with the objects because it reminds them of prey.

A week later, Myrtle Beach City Government shared a video of the kittens, now named Chief, Quint, Smokey, and Halligan. The caption of the video stated that they are “enjoying lots of bottle feedings and snuggles from their foster family, who are also a fellow fire family!”
The update also addressed concerns some internet users had about the mama cat and promised that the kittens are in safe hands.
“We believe the mama cat had the kittens in the hose bed while the engine was parked at the mechanic shop in Conway. We certainly have concern for the mama cat, but she has not been seen and the kittens are now in safe hands,” it says in the update.

We hope that Timon calmed down after the bear left, but we can’t blame him for his reaction. When we think about it, we would probably react in an even funnier way.
