It is not unusual for a cat to be clingy. They need love and affection and don’t shy away from demanding. But TikTok user Kevin Figman believes his orange kitten is clingier than any other cat and that if there is a prize for the clingiest pet in the world, he should get it.
In a viral video shared on TikTok, Figman is seen making the claim while a kitten is resting on his shoulder. To prove his point, Figman puts the cat on the ground and tells it to “stay.”
However, just “23 seconds later,” the kitten can be seen climbing up the TikToker’s leg and torso before reaching his shoulder again, causing Figman to burst into laughter.
“at least she loves me,” Figman wrote in the caption of the video, which received 16.6 million views up to this point.
Internet users were delighted by the feline’s clinginess, but some of them ended up warning Figman through comments that he shouldn’t expect the kitten to remain so clingy when it grows up.
“That’s how they act when they’re kittens. When they grow up, they don’t even want to breathe the same air as you,” @cheesitox wrote in the comments section.
