The clip captures the difference between one pet owner’s “girl cat” and “boy cat.” The “girl cat” is shown as a chaotic furry ball, attacking bags, jumping all over the kitchen, and trying to open cabinets. On the other hand, “boy cat” is shown snoozing and enjoying being cuddled.
The video quickly spread across social media, getting viewed more than seven million times. In the comments section, the TikTok users weighed in on whether the video offered an accurate portrayal of the differences between “girl” and “boy” cats from their personal experiences.
Some users believed the video was spot on.

For others, not so much.
