Chihuahua and Bully Besties Adopted Together Thanks to a Viral TikTok Video

Sure, social media has plenty of downsides. However, sometimes it seems like they are more than tolerable, considering some great things they bring. For example, recently, a pair of four-legged besties was adopted together thanks to a viral TikTok video.

Back in March, Bradshaw Animal Shelter shared a video with a story about a seven-year-old Chihuahua Stanley and four-year-old Bully Arthur. The two were best friends and arrived together at the animal shelter. They did everything together, including going on walks, “staring into the lobby,” and hanging on the couch.

“We know it’s unlikely that they’ll find a home together, but we want to try. Does anyone out there want to adopt Stanley and Arthur?” Bradshaw Animal Shelter asked in the video.

The video quickly went viral, with Stanley and Arthur’s story reaching hundreds of thousands of people. Many people wanted to help the duo get adopted, with one TikToker offering to pay for adoption fees while others offered help with transport. However, it turned out this wasn’t necessary.

A man named Alex ended up coming to Bradshaw Animal Shelter just two days after the video was posted, and both Stanley and Arthur were adopted, giving them a loving home and bringing their story to a happy ending.
