Mads Nordsveen is a worldwide photographer who captures magical moments at exceptional places around the world.
Recently, he spotted an extremely rare white baby reindeer like it came from a whimsical Christmas story. “I was walking in the mountains looking for nice landscapes for my travel photography when out of nowhere I saw this wonderful little creature,” Nordsveen said. The young animal was almost camouflaged by the snowy surroundings but the photographer said it was not scared to see him and even ‘posed’ for some enchanting photos.
He came very close to me and we looked at each other straight in the eyes,” he shared, “After some minutes the mother of the baby reindeer came out of trees just behind. It walked around for some minutes before running back to its mother. It was very magical and a fairy tale moment.”
