Emu Goes Viral for Interrupting His Owner’s Videos

Some animals just like to get all the attention. They want to be the star of the show, no matter what. And no, it’s not just the cats that are like this. For example, there is an emu called Emmanuel that just can’t stand when the world doesn’t revolve around him.

Emmanuel lives on South Florida’s Knuckle Bump Farms with all sorts of different animals like cows and chickens. His owner Taylor Blake is an aspiring TikToker and video producer who aims to educate others about animals and how to properly care about them. However, her attempts to make educational videos often come to nothing as Emmanuel jumps in to steal the show.

The energetic emu has developed a habit of interrupting Blake during videos. He often approaches the camera and then just stares at it until Blake somehow manages to get him from the frame. Other times, he simply knocks her iPhone down and enjoys the mess he made.

After being interrupted several times, Blake decided to share some of these failed videos with her social media followers. And it turned out that internet users loved emu’s antics, as Emmanuel quickly became a proper viral star.

“The man is just a natural,” Blake said in a chat with CNN. “I swear he was born to be on camera.”

Blake got used to Emmanuel’s interruptions over time and has now made them a featured part of her uploads alongside educational videos.
