Arne Olav Gurvin Fredriksen is a Norwegian electronics engineer who has an interesting hobby. In his free time, Fredriksen creates new animal species with the help of Photoshop.
Fredriksen takes the traits and characteristics of existing animals and then combines them using the photo-editing software to create a completely new species. His creations are mostly silly and hilarious, but sometimes they can be incredibly adorable.
Fredriksen started with this intriguing project back in 2012, when he started sharing his creations on Reddit. Recently, he transitioned to Instagram where he amassed more than 53,000 followers.
