A rescue baby goat named Polly suffers from anxiety. She also has neurological problems and is blind. All this has made Leanne Lauricella, who runs Goats of Anarchy, think of a creative way to help Polly.
Leanne bought a Halloween duck costume for kids and the magical thing happened! “As soon as I put it on her, she just instantly got calm,” Lauricella said.
“There’s something about that duck costume that calms her. She goes into a little trance. She just closes her eyes and she’s out.” There’s one more thing that can calm Polly, and it’s not really a thing. It’s a fellow rescue goat named Pocket.
Everybody’s cheering for Pocket to be enough for Polly so she can forget about the costume. Though she looks adorable in it, doesn’t she?
